Picture a clay jar handle, no bigger than your palm, stamped with four ancient Hebrew letters: LMLK, “For the King.” It dates to around 700 BCE, when King Hezekiah was preparing Judah for the Assyrian invasion.
Now picture it on your shelf.
That’s the kind of opportunity Israel365 is offering in a new charity auction with Curio Auctions: Treasures from the Holy Land, a collection of authentic artifacts spanning 4,000 years of Jewish history in the Land of Israel. Every winning bid supports Israel365’s work feeding Israeli children in need. Today, more than one in four children in Israel lives in poverty.
You get a piece of history. A hungry child gets a meal.

Who Is Curio?
Curio Auctions is a boutique auction house that partners with nonprofits around the world. Its curators track down rare art, artifacts, and antiques that match each organization’s mission, then auction them to raise money for that cause. For Israel365, that means treasures tied to the Bible, the Jewish People, and the Land of Israel. Every item comes with a historical description and Curio’s guarantee of authenticity, backed by a money-back promise.
Here are four of our favorites.
1. “For the King”: A Seal from Hezekiah’s Kingdom

Archaeologists have found LMLK seals on storage-jar handles at sites across the ancient Kingdom of Judah. They belonged to a royal system for collecting and storing provisions like wine and oil, likely tied to Hezekiah’s preparations against the Assyrian king Sennacherib. These seals offer remarkable physical evidence of the kingdom the Books of Kings and Chronicles describe. This handle still bears a legible partial inscription in Paleo-Hebrew, the ancient Hebrew script.

2. “For the Freedom of Zion”: A Coin from the Great Revolt

In 66 CE, the Jews of Judea rose up against Rome. While the rebels controlled Jerusalem, they minted their own coins. This bronze coin shows a vessel on one side and a vine leaf on the other, circled by the words Herut Zion, “For the Freedom of Zion.” By 70 CE, Rome destroyed the Second Temple. The coin survived, a declaration of Jewish independence from the final years of the Second Temple era.

3. The Balfour Declaration, as America First Saw It

On November 2, 1917, Britain declared its support for “a national home for the Jewish people” in the Land of Israel. That year, the Mizrachi movement printed this rare broadside in New York in Hebrew, Yiddish, and English, with the Hebrew text set against a Star of David, to bring the news to Jewish communities across America. It comes with a portrait of Lord Arthur Balfour, a statesman raised in Britain’s Christian tradition and deeply familiar with the Hebrew Bible. Many Jews honor him as a righteous gentile who helped the Jewish People return home. For Christians who stand with Israel today, it’s a reminder that they stand in a long tradition.

4. “The Temple Mount Is in Our Hands”: June 8, 1967

On June 7, 1967, Israeli paratroopers entered the Old City through the Lions’ Gate and reached the Western Wall. Jordan held it from 1948 until that day. The next day, the IDF’s Central Command printed this bulletin for its soldiers. It includes General Uzi Narkiss’s proclamation, a map of the Old City, photographs from the Wall itself, and a firsthand account of Rabbi Shlomo Goren arriving with a Torah scroll and sounding the shofar.

Bids start at just $180.
