Day 2: Tsfat, IDF Army Base and Galilee Boat Ride
Traversing the northern part of Israel, the Israel365 tour spent an incredible day meeting with some of Israel’s most fascinating and inspiring men and women. We studies the secrets of the Kabbalah, saw an ancient weaving demonstration and munched on delicious falafel in Judaism’s fourth holiest city of Sefad (Tsfat). From there we visited the IDF’s Michve Alon army base and met with the most impressive young soldiers protecting the borders of Israel. We then cruised across the Sea of Galilee on a fishing boat to enjoy dinner at our hotel and a Bible study session on the Jewish Festivals.
