Despite Israel’s ban on UNRWA, Shai Glick says a massive UNRWA complex in Jerusalem continues to operate, and removing it may require a major Israeli security operation.

In this interview, Glick, founder and CEO of B’Tsalmo, describes a sprawling complex with schools, offices, and medical facilities that he says remains active in Jerusalem. He explains what Israeli police and security forces have already faced in the area, including armed resistance, and why simply entering the compound is not enough. According to Glick, the real challenge is maintaining control after UNRWA personnel and armed elements are removed.
