An Arab terrorist was shot dead after stabbing a male and female border police officers in the Old City of Jerusalem on Wednesday.

The 16-year old Arab terrorist identified as Omar Ibrahim abu asav, was killed by Rabbi Aviv Tzubari, the head of the Ateret Cohanim Yeshiva (seminary) in Jerusalem’s Old City where the attack took place.

The male and female border guards who were the victims of the attack are listed in moderate and light condition respectively.

Rabbi Tzubari was good friends with Rabbi Nehemiah Lavi Hy”d who was killed six years ago in a similar stabbing attack on the same street. Rabbi Lavi also helped Jewish victims who were stabbed by terrorists in the Old City.
