Chief Joseph Riverwind, a leader of the Arawak Taino Nation and peace chief between tribal nations, and his wife, Dr. Laralyn Riverwind, who is ambassador-at-large for the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee, recently celebrated the opening of the Indigenous Embassy in Jerusalem. Their goal is to connect with the Jewish people who are the only indigenous nation to be restored to its homeland.
