Israel’s Foreign Ministry has revealed official Hamas documents found in the Gaza Strip that prove Hamas’ direct role in funding and organizing the Sumud flotilla. According to the documents, while Hamas in Gaza oversees operations inside the Strip, Hamas abroad manages external activities — including through the PCPA organization, a front operating as an extension of the movement.
