After a brief period of relative calm, violence has erupted once again in southern Syria — this time in deadly clashes between Bedouin tribes and the Druze community. Dozens have reportedly been killed in intense fighting, plunging the region back into chaos.

Druze leaders are now calling on Israel and their Druze brethren across the border for help, amid growing frustration with local power brokers — particularly Hayat Tahrir al-Sham leader Abu Mohammad al-Julani, who has failed to stop the escalation.
