A video of a brawl between Israeli police and restaurant employees in Yaffo went viral on Wednesday.

Back in June, an Arab named Ahmed Daud from Yaffo threw a molotov cocktail at what he thought was a Jewish apartment. However, it turned out to be an Arab apartment. Daud is the son of the ‘Old and Sea’ restaurant in Yaffo, a twin city of Tel Aviv with a large Arab population.

Wednesday night, the police issued the restaurant a closure order for 30 days for illegally hiring Arabs from Judea and Samaria who are not Israeli citizens.

The eatery’s employees confronted the police and attacked them resulting in tables and plates flying. At one point, an officer pepper-sprayed one of the attackers.
