A Biblical Diet for the Nations

The most persistent myth about kosher food is that it was “blessed by a rabbi.” In truth, any Jewish person conversant with Jewish law can create a fully kosher meal. There is no part of the process of producing kosher food that specifically requires a rabbi’s involvement.
