A heartwarming marriage proposal took place last week on stage at an IDF benefit when Cpt. Ziv Shilon, an IDF wounded hero, proposed to his surprised girlfriend in front of over 1,000 guests. Shilon, a 25-year-old IDF commander in the Givati Brigade, lost his arm in a Hamas terrorist attack in October, 2012.
