On Holocaust Memorial Day, many people have trouble relating the events of World War 2 to their modern-day life.

But the people at Agilite, an Israeli company that manufactures tactical gear for the IDF, have released a video that seamlessly connects the collective trauma of the past to the newfound nation of Israel that has provided hope for a better tomorrow.

The clip begins with images of the war explaining how the Jewish people were once scattered and, therefore, defenseless. But with the advent of the founding of the modern state of Israel, the tables have turned, and the evil forces trying to annihilate the Jewish people have faced heavy resistance for the first time in 2,000 years.
