While Israelis may be known for their abrupt manner, one brave Israeli couple set out to prove that in fact, all Israelis are friends.

As shared by the Happy in Tel-Aviv website, Reut Partush and Itai Ziv decided to share their most happiest day – their wedding day – with the people of Israel to illustrate the idea that “כל ישראל חברים” – all Israelis are friends.

Partush and Ziv took to the streets of Tel Aviv, specifically the famous Shuk Hacarmel, and invited all passersby to take part in the celebration.

Walking to the chuppah, the traditional Jewish wedding canopy, hand in hand, accompanied by family and strangers alike, you can’t help but smile at the unifying power of love. Mazal tov!
