While the battle between US President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plays out in real life, an Israeli film company has taken the fight to new, epic proportions.
The production company Hafakot 101 posted a humorous clip on Facebook showing Netanyahu and his ally Naftali Bennett, Israel’s current Economy Minister, battling the “evil Obama” in a Star Wars light sabre battle.
Obama, who plays the role of Darth Vader, must battle his arch-nemesis Obi-Wan Kenobi (Netanyahu). In a near death moment, Obi-Wan’s brother (Bennett) comes to the rescue and saves Netanyahu just before Obama boards a plane to Iran.
Aside from fighting Netanyahu and Bennett, Obama battles Israeli politician and Bennett colleague Ayelet Shaked and the famous “Yoda,” who is played by Israel’s first prime minister David Ben-Gurion.
