Holiday Message from the Mayor of Sderot: “Israel Will Become Stronger”

Last week, Israel365 and the Ayalim organization, presented Mayor of Sderot Alon Davidi with over 8,000 signatures from around the world, standing in solidarity with the city during Hanukkah.

Located less than a mile from the border of Gaza, the people of Sderot are fulfilling the biblical commandment “to possess and settle the land” despite danger to their life.

Expressing his thanks to Jews and Gentiles all over the world for show of support for his city to Breaking Israel News, Mayor Davidi delivered a holiday message asking God for a year of peace and tranquility.
