‘Palestinian’ Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas has met with several Arab Knesset Members from the Ra’am party and the Joint List to prevent the current coalition from collapsing, according to reports in Arab media. Abbas, who bankrolled the 1972 Munich massacre, is also a Holocaust denier.
The current coalition, headed by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, is widely considered to be more left-wing than Netanyahu and, therefore, softer on Arab terrorism.
In response, former (Likud) MK Ariel Kallner told Israel365 News: “This is the greatest proof that this government is the best for Israel’s enemies, a left-wing, weak government that hurts the Israeli interest. We need to get rid of them as soon as possible because what is good for our enemies is certainly bad for us.”
