An Israeli organization that helps rehabilitate child victims of Arab terror in Israel, was recently featured in Entrepreneur Insights magazine.
The Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund (SICF), an organization that specializes in providing therapy to young Israeli children who have been victimized and affected by Islamic terror, was featured in the prestigious magazine’s ‘company of the year’ edition. The recent edition was published in January 2022.
The two-page spread features the organization and the story of its founder – David Rubin. The recognition is well deserved as no other organization in Israel has been as successful at raising awareness of the plight of child terror victims as Shiloh has.
SICF heals children through its main integrative educational-therapeutic campus. This facility offers a wide array of therapeutic activities to children in the Samaria region whose lives were violently affected by Islamic terror in Israel. The organization helps them cope with the daily trauma they experience – trauma that haunts them on a daily basis. Therapeutic activities include both sensory therapy and animal-assisted therapy, as well as art and music therapies. This has helped the Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund enjoy the reputation of being a light at the end of the tunnel to families whose children were impacted by terrorism.
SICF was initially founded by David Rubin. David, who along with his young son, was himself a victim of a violent Arab terrorist shooting attack near his home in the city of Shiloh.
Usually, it’s the physical trauma from terrorism that makes the news headlines. However, in many instances, it’s psychological trauma that can be just as harmful…if not worse. SICF provides a type of field hospital for those unseen injuries.
That’s why it is so important that an organization like SICF is in their lives. To learn more about how you can get involved with helping rehabilitate Israel’s child victims of terror, click here.
