Ten of the best Israel-related memes of the summer won the Milstein Meme Competition last week. Run by the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation, the online contest ran from July 28-August 3, when it was opened up to general voting. The official winners were announced on August 14 and received a total of $2,000 in cash prizes.
