Gianna Jessen was born during the 30th week of pregnancy after a failed saline abortion. She weighed 2 pounds at birth, was diagnosed with several conditions but was adopted by age 4. Her career as an anti-abortion activist began at age 14 and she continues tirelessly to raise awareness.
