In order to get around the streets of Jerusalem, Israeli tour guide Assaf Polivoda had a novel idea: offering tours of Jerusalem’s narrow alleyways and streets aboard a self-balancing, zero-emissions personal transportation vehicle powered by a rechargeable battery.
